Pros: This property was excellent, set in a perfect area for the beaches and for exploring the local area. It was spacious, well equipped and clean with beautiful views. Couldn't have asked for better.

Pros: We are a family of 7 (2 adults, 5 teens 15-19 years). We stayed in the house for 9 days, and met Mogens and Joan upon arrival, as they were leaving after a holiday. The house is fantastic, very bright and spacious with great views from the terraces. The house is equipped with everything you need, both in kitchen, washing machine and also with sunbeds, chairs, drying rack etc. on the terraces. There were even towels that could be used at the pool and beach. The terraces have both sun and shadow.
The shared pool is nice and clean and just few meters behind the house, and we had it to ourselves the whole holiday.
Would have been nice with some sunbeds there, but apart from that, we did not miss anything.
The nearest beach is 1.5-2 km downhill (Playa de Cabria + Playa de Curumbico), a very nice walk, we saw almond trees, avocado trees, mango trees etc on the way - at Playa de Cabria, there are few nice restaurants. You can drive to Playa de Cabria and then walk to Playa de Curumbico through a small "bridge" around the cliffs. Both beaches get deep very quickly, but are clean and nice.
Almunecar town is 4-5 km away , and you need a car to go there. Parking in town can be very difficult in high seasons.
The house is perfect for exploring the area, we went to Granada/Alhambra and Nerja several times.
We recommend this great house to everybody
