Pamlico Vista offers stunning panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound. Rodanthe Sunset Retreat is a soundfront property that features luxury appointments and a modern kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig coffee maker, along with a Belgian waffle maker, a quesadilla maker, and an Instant Pot, complete with an Instant Pot cookbook.
The open-concept kitchen includes bar stools and a dining table that accommodates 6-8 people. From the private balcony, you can take in breathtaking sunsets over the sound while watching kiteboarders and sailboats, all while relaxing in your own private hot tub. A 10-foot sliding glass door allows you to enjoy these beautiful views from inside as well.
The living room boasts a large flat-screen Smart TV, giving you access to your Roku account, a seasonal gas fireplace, ceiling fans, and wood flooring throughout. The soundfront master bedroom opens onto the private balcony, just steps away from the hot tub. There are two additional bedrooms to comfortably accommodate family or friends: one bedroom has two Twin beds, while the other features a King bed. Both rooms come with smart TVs and cedar-lined closets.
Amenities include a soundfront pool, a dock with a gazebo, ground-level storage lockers, BBQ grills, covered parking for two cars, and access to an elevator. The beach is conveniently located just a short walk away, approximately 500 yards from the condo. Please note that there is no DVD player available. The property is pet-friendly (with a fee), and beds are made prior to your arrival. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer and free WiFi.
Active and retired military personnel receive a 5% discount.

We come every year! This time we were able to rent a condo instead of a house. We loved being on the sound. We were really happy with the condo. We will rent again next year pending we don’t need more bedrooms.

Nice view, perfect location and clean pool and hottub. Only complaint was last 2 days about 30 teens and 20s yr old came to our pool and were not guests in our condo. They knew owners of property being built nextdoor and figured it gave them priviledges to the pool.
