This is a special spot walkable to old town Arvada with a great outdoor space and firepit. The listing has in paratheses that it sleeps 12 but it actually only sleeps 8 adults so be aware of that and pay attention to the pictures. The property managers consider 4 pack n' plays to be sleeping spaces. They did bring a air mattress and luckily we only had 10 adults staying.
