The home has a wood burning fireplace in the great room.
The professional kitchen features stainless steel Viking & Miele appliances with a designer hood.
There are private decks with panoramic views in the upstairs master suite, a pillow top king size bed, a 2 person Jacuzzi bath and large stone shower with multiple jets. The 2nd master suite has a Jacuzzi bathtub, wet bar kitchenette & pillow-top king bed. The 3rd suite has a stone shower, queen bed and private patio with sunset views. The 4th bedroom has triple twin size bunk beds & sofa sleeper bed in the great room.
Policies: . Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Late check-out = 1/2 day rental with pre approval.. Your Confirmation, Key Code & Directions are attached to your email 'Reservation Confirmation' upon booking. . No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. New Mexico is a drought state. Please Save Water. Recycle: Use bins in kitchen or outside. Pets: No cats. Dogs allowed if you agree to pick up after your pet inside & outside. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items. Hot Tub: Shower before use & no children under 16 w/o adult supervision. Use caution on wet floors, near hot tub, steps and especially icy areas. House Rules: Quiet hours 10pm to 7am. Turn off or dim outdoor lights & be quiet after 9pm. Casa de Luxx is a great house! Lots of bedroom options, a wonderful open living/dining/kitchen area and even better patio for watching the sunset. Communications with the Jose, the property manager, were answered promptly. We had no problems with the house - it was exactly what we needed!

The property manager was very helpful and nice. We did have an issue with a leak when it rained and woke up to wet floors and luggage.
