The neighborhood has a few houses on the same street but have plenty of distance in between, the property sits on 1.7acres with a fence around.
Guest have access to entire house, with the exception of the room behind the garage with a door next to kitchen patio that will remain locked.
This property has a 3 car garage and ample parking in the front and back of the house.

In snow season we highly recommend all-wheel drive vehicles since the road that takes you to the house from the main street (old taos highway) is gravel, dirt and is a little bit steep, only about 1 min from the main road to the house.
Please note that after booking with us you will receive a link to our boarding pass where you will need to enter your card for a $500 hold (not a deposit) on your reservation.
Dogs allowed only, $100 per dog fee (max 2 dogs) that will be collected via the boarding pass which is our tool to help us offer additional services.
Hot-Tub cleaning fee if use. (ask host about cleaning fee and access)

This home is outstanding. It is a very cool design that lets everyone spread out but still stay in contact thanks to various levels. The home is very well appointed. The proximity to downtown is great, and even walkable in nice weather (about a mile and half on foot). The views were excellent, and the home felt very secure. The host/manager is very responsive. We just had a blast over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The home is incredible! Gorgeous location and fantastic furnishings. We felt like we were in the mountains, yet 3 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. The host was amazing and even had the pantry and refrigerator stocked! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house that worked perfectly for group of 4 women. Many separate seating areas, both inside and out. I have stayed in may rentals and this was equipped better than all the others.We took Lyft everywhere with no issues, although we'd heard that getting a ride was iffy.Look no further - you won't be disappointed

When we walked in we were taken a back. The home is beautiful. The host had thought of everything. They had left the home stocked with treats and every room was warmly set up for us. We altered our plans to stay in more just to enjoy the home.The views, neighborhood was lovely.Overall the property and location exceeded our expectations!
