About this house rental
Beautiful luxury villa in Linardici with unobstructed view of the sea. The house can accommodate 6-8 persons. The guest has on their disposal a private heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sauna. The brand new, tastefully furnished villa has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, another toilette,spread over 2 floors. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, ideal for a family or group of friends. Free WiFi.The pool is open 15.04.-15.10.
LinardiciLinardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.Tourism in LinardiciAs the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

We had a great stay with our family of 2 parents and 3 young adult daughters. Very nice and spacious house. Looks really like the pictures. Tomislav was very quick with his responses.

Preis-LEISTUNG-Verhältnis ist absolut gerechtfertigt.
Das Haus ist ein echtes Kleinod und könnte ebenso in der Toskana stehen. Die Einrichtung ist gehoben, liebevoll dekoriert und farblich sehr schön aufeinander abgestimmt.
Die Küche ist groß und SEHR gut bestückt. Es fehlte meines Erachtens an nichts, auch nicht an einer gewissen Erstausstattung von Gewürzen, Mehl, Zucker, Tabs, etc.
Das Porzellan ist hochwertig und bereitete Freude beim Essen. JEDER Raum konnte klimatisiert werden, selbst die Toiletten. Wir haben darauf verzichtet, aber es wäre möglich gewesen und die Technik funktionierte einwandfrei. Die wunderschönen hochwertigen Febsterläden geben zusätzlich Schutz vor Wärme und Sonne. Der Pool ist ausreichend selbst zum schwimmen. Die Außendusche ist perfekt. Sauna Fass (2Personen liegend, bequem 4 Personen sitzend) und der 2x2 Meter Whirlpool runden das Wellness Angebot perfekt ab. Tischtennisplatte, Spielplatz, Trampolin, Grillplatz, Essecke alles top. Es hat nichts gefehlt

Danke für alles! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Ob gemütliche Grillabende, Spaß im Pool oder ein Spa Abend in der eigenen Sauna es ist alles möglich. Fußläufig ist ein kleines Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter Küche zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung :)
