Me and my family had a great time on spring break, very relaxing. We loved that this villa was away from all the hustle and bustle of all the spring break action on the beach but still supper easy to get back and forth to the beach from our room with the tram. We also loved having our own villa heated pool with some of the cooler weather we had but also spent lots of time at the main pool on the warmer days. The kids loved looking out over the balcony at all the turtles,fish and ducks in the lake. The adults loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water fountain in the lake and watching the sunset without all the spring break noise. The only thing I would criticize would be the mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that we loved it.

Furniture was comfortable; location great; bathrooms a little outdated, not set up for older people as no walk in shower; kitchen needs new set of pots and pans with covers. Overall, a very pleasant place.

Nice place for the price, a little outdated but spent most of the time at the pool or beach. The pools are super nice and it’s nice having access to the Edgewater Condo amenities.

Still looks old and a musty smell. At least painting the old old chests, table, etc would help - possibly a navy blue. So sparsely decorated just felt funny.
