The host is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The space is clean and comfortable, and relatively quiet for being located downtown. The only negative is the parking. On street parking is 2hr, and parking behind the building is limited M-F, with no overnight parking at all. There are parking ramps with overnight parking just a short walk away. However, they are very aggressive with citations. We received a citation during the time it took to download the parking app, get signed in, set up payment etc. Other than the parking issue, we enjoyed our stay.

The home is beautiful, clean, well supplied and all just as advertised. It is very convenient to many restaurants and The Riverfront Park. I have to say the parking is a problem to load and unload, but the nearby parking garage was very nice.

orug booking indicated elevator. there was none. difficult for 2 seniors with luggage and groceries. please fix that for future rentals. also only one set of keys, inconvenient when splitting up and coordinating return.very clean very well stocked with towels and kitchen items. fabulous location for walking, shopping and sightseeing. got to grandads bluff, the irish fair and the arcadia music festiv
