Papakea E404 is a 4th-floor stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that boasts spectacular ocean views and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The nightly rate is based on 6 guests. Each additional guest will be charged $75 per person per night and is paid as part of the reservation total.
The main living area includes a queen sofa bed and vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable lanai is great for lounging morning or night. The condo is cooled naturally with ceiling fans, a standing fan, and refreshing ocean breezes. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, new pots and pans, glassware, silverware, a coffee maker, a blender, and a 4-slice toaster, everything you need for a hassle-free vacation. The condo also offers an in-room washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king-size pillow-top bed, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom is upstairs in the loft and includes a new queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds, making this condo ideal for a group traveling together. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with walk-in tiled showers, clear glass enclosures, granite countertops, and new vanities.
The condo is cooled naturally with ceiling fans, multiple standing fans, and refreshing ocean breezes.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival

· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.
Posted 10/5/26: Please be advised that the Molokai Pool and Spa will be temporarily closed for repairs from Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and will reopen on Friday, October 23, 2026. During the closure, the Lanai Pool and Spa will remain available for use. Additionally, the Jazzercise activity will be held at the Lanai Pool during this time.

This condo was in a perfect location and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the check-in/check-out process was great. There were also several activities sponsored by the condo management, like lei making and Mai Tai parties! We would definitely stay there again.
