Papakea E404 is a 4th-floor stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that boasts spectacular ocean views and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The nightly rate is based on 6 guests. Each additional guest will be charged $75 per person per night and is paid as part of the reservation total.
The main living area includes a queen sofa bed and vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable lanai is great for lounging morning or night and there is a window air conditioner in the main living area with ceiling fans in each room. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, new pots and pans, glassware, silverware, a coffee maker, a blender, and a 4-slice toaster—everything you need for a hassle-free vacation. The condo also offers an in-room washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king-size pillow-top bed, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom is upstairs in the loft and includes a new queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds, making this condo ideal for a group traveling together. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with walk-in tiled showers, clear glass enclosures, granite countertops, and new vanities.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the E Bldg is slated for 9/10-9/21/2026.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

This condo was in a perfect location and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the check-in/check-out process was great. There were also several activities sponsored by the condo management, like lei making and Mai Tai parties! We would definitely stay there again.
