MINT BY THE SEA is a comfortable 3 bedroom, two storey holiday home on the esplanade that accommodates a maximum of 8 guests with stunning sea views! Free Wifi!
UPSTAIRS:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Breville coffee machine (BYO pods), dining table, lounge with large TV , split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. 3 bedrooms, front Balcony with outdoor setting and rear balcony with large hooded gas BBQ, outdoor lounge, table and chairs to enjoy the sunset!
Bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.
Views of the ocean from nearly every room!
DOWNSTAIRS:
Rumpus/2nd lounge room, TV, DVD, VCR and Chromecast.
Laundry with top loading washing machine and sink.
Porta cot, highchair and 2 child proof safety gates available - under the stairs.
Fish cleaning facility
Off street parking for the cars and boat.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x single bunk beds
Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Tiddy Widdy is a quiet beachside town with great beaches to go crabbing and breath taking views. It’s a small beachside town just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, News agency, Bakery, Café’s, Bank and a Hotel,
Roller door access is not available for guests.

Beautiful views and 5-minute walk to the beach were wonderful. The ample balcony, outdoor and indoor living spaces made this a practical and enjoyable holiday location for our family. Having only 1 toilet which was located in the bathroom was sometimes tricky, but this was a minor issue for an otherwise fantastic family holiday home.
