About this villa rental
Villa Renata is located in Agios Gordios, in the West part of Corfu Island and only 17km away from Corfu Town.
A property measuring 95sqm consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan area of kitchen dining and living room, a spacious terrace with BBQ facilities and sun-beds around the plunge pool to relax and enjoy the magnificent sea view and one of the most famous sunsets in the island.
Villa Renata is build in a sloped plot, which gives the privilege of having excellent sea views from every level of the building. This amazing property literally ends to the sea shore.
The doors and windows are so smart placed that allow you to have undisturbed ocean views.
There is an open plan area of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The area is spacious and fully equipped with electric supplies, TV supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric supplies and various kitchenware, ideal for families with children that wish to spent time indoors. Childrens high chair and baby cot are also provided.
Both bedrooms have modern decoration and offer double size comfortable beds. Also the bathrooms are fully functional and spacious. Bed linen and towels/beach towels are provided.
The exterior of the villa offers large, fully furnished verandas where you can enjoy the exceptional, panoramic sea view and the lush greenery of the mountain. BBQ facilities are also provided, along with a plunge pool that completes this tranquil environment, where green meets the endless blue of the sea.
The property is also Eco friendly as the Electricity comes from solar power.
In case of larger parties, there is the opportunity of reserving Villa Filippos as well. Villa Filippos is close to villa Renata, while at the same time, each villa is considered as "private".
Notice: We kindly inform you that environmental fee will be collected upon check-in at the property. For stays between 01/11-31/03, the amount is 4 euros per night. For stays between 01/04-31/10, the amount is 15 euros per night.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Villa Renata. We were promptly met and warmly greeted by the charming Phillipe, who introduced us to the property. The setting was utterly beautiful and just how we imagined it to be. Rugged coast line, the mercurial and remarkable blues of the Aegean Sea, soothing warmth and breathtaking sunsets, nothing more required! The house was as described and perfectly clean with much attention to detail. Special thanks to the house keepers for this exceptional effort. A few slight misgivings; the hob kettle is slow to boil and dangerous as the handle tilts to the right when pouring, an electric kettle would be a sensible and more practical addition to the kitchen equipment. We did need to buy bin liners and kitchen paper towels upon arrival, these I feel should have been provided as fundamentals. Lastly, there was an unpleasant smell throughout our stay from the downstairs bathroom and kitchen drains which clearly need attention. Overall however, we enjoyed the wonderfully secluded and for us, perfectly imperfect natural surroundings of Villa Renata, we will always remember it...

We enjoyed greatly the loneliness of the house. A touch of lonely island, what we were seeking for. The equippment of the house was great. Beds with seaview, tables under free sky and covered, shade of a wonderfull huge Tree, a cosy hammock, an outside shower ....
We had a wonderfull time and will surely come back.
