Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season.
The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd
A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Snuck in some last days of skiing. Perfect close to the action in Park City but tucked away location. Hot tub, parking and amenities all worked out fine. Good communications from the host.

This place is a hidden gem. The location is great--ski in ski out--but far enough away from the crowds at the base of Park City resort. The unit is spacious with two bedrooms and a loft. We came here for a mother/son ski trip and the large community hot tub was a huge hit with our 18 year old sons! Communication before and during our stay was great. We will definitely be back!

Apartment is ok, although a bit overpriced compared with others. Had no internet + TV for the entire week. Was told at the beginning that there was a a service outage in the area. Turned out to be not true. Then I was told that they were "reconnecting the service & in max 24 hours it would be on". Again, not true. Although called many times to try to talk to somebody, they would just not answer. They would just respond emails saying "they were trying there best". But would not answer or call call me back. By the end of the week, Somebody from VRBO or the host company called saying there were going to refund a % for the week.
