The fully equipped kitchen, replete with modern full-size appliances including a dishwasher, is a haven for culinary endeavors.
This impeccably maintained condo boasts updated features, including newer bamboo floors in the living room and den area. Enjoy your meals in the inviting dining room space, or explore the plethora of nearby restaurants for delectable dining experiences. The living room has been updated with all new furniture and a new 55" Smart TV this year. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King swing bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has newer flooring. Throughout the condo, flat-screen TVs provide entertainment, and complimentary Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity. The primary bathroom is a sanctuary with a soothing jacuzzi tub. Ample space abounds, providing a comfortable and home-like atmosphere. Overall the unit was pretty good. There were some things in the unit that could use replaced/updating (pots/pans were quite chipped/scarred, light bulbs in master bath could use replaced, trash can pedal broken etc.), but generally the listing was accurately represented.Contacted owners about a few concerns (condensation dripping from AC unit in laundry room, split mattress/bedframe uneven etc.) and maintenance was sent over to check if it was anything they could remedy quickly but no actions explicitly takenOverall good stay and would book again... if some minor changes were made it could be even better!

Such an easy check in process and when we arrived to the unit we were shocked by how spacious it is- the pictures don’t do it justice. Unit was very clean and kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/pots and pans/dinnerware you need. It was easy to find parking outside the unit even on 4th of July weekend. Unit was pet friendly and loved that it was easy access to both stairs and elevator. We utilized their bus service to the beach and it was great!!

We stayed from July 12-July 18, 2025. Great condo and a great access to Barefoot Landing restaurants and shopping. Great place to ride your bicycle. Also, the pool is great. The condo is very roomy and peaceful. Blessed to get to stay at this location!
