Comprised of connected four-bed/four-bath and three-bed/three-bath units, highlights of this one-of-a-kind waterfront escape include two main suites with lanai access, two full-size kitchens, two living areas, and three alfresco dining venues. Bring a boat and venture out on the river or the Gulf beyond, then end the day with ease as you tie up to your own private dock. Head out to explore the culture and cuisine of downtown Cape Coral or hit the sand at Fort Myers Beach.

Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the living area. Gather to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The guest living area is furnished with additional seating and a TV. Prepare delicious meals in the two kitchens, each equipped with a full suite of appliances. When it’s time to eat, choose from the large dining table or the island bars. Enjoy morning coffee in the sitting area off the main kitchen.

This two-story, two-unit villa sleeps 14 guests total in seven bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The primary suite has a king bed, direct lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, direct lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are outfitted with a king bed; both rooms have direct access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The seventh guest room features two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two guest bathrooms are configured with walk-in showers and a third comes with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

Enjoy your own private oasis on the screened lanai, complete with a 6’ deep heated pool, an adjacent pool, and gas grill. Dine alfresco at the tables on the lanai, or enjoy meals under the patio gazebo. Bring a boat, head one minute to the river or Gulf beyond, then tie it up at your private dock when you return.

THINGS TO KNOW
The dock can accept a boat up to 22’ in length. The boat lift is not available for guest use. If navigating to the Gulf, there is one bridge to pass under, with a clearance of approximately 12’.
An additional, nightly utility fee of $22 is required for all reservations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
