The house has a lot of space for a big group. Nice neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable. The pool and outdoor space are really nice for hanging out. The furniture by the pool definitely needs a refresh, and chairs need to be added to the area down by the water. There were a few issues that did not get resolved while we were there, but were communicated to the rental agent. Some items in the house could use some fixing and updating from overuse. Overall, a great space for a large group.

Cape Coral Dolphins was in a quiet and well kept neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our party of 22. Kitchen was well equipped. Multiple areas in the house for the kids to entertain themselves. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We have a group of women who go away 1-week a year and we always need a place to accommodate us. This was that place. We loved everything from the home itself to the people managing things. We had no issues at all and look forward to staying here again next year.

This is a beautiful house and pool but maintenance needs improved. There were important issues with the house that weren't addressed during our stay. While the host did reply to my texts, the shower head in the main bathroom was never fixed. There were some minor issues with bugs and the lack of hairdryers that were addressed. Also the description of the home was not very accurate. There was an additional room with 2 queens that we weren't aware of and the common room did not have a door. Also the ice maker didn't work and the hot tub was not consistently hot.
