We had a wonderful experience with this home. The location was very convenient to locations for shopping in Dunedin and Safety Harbor. It was also within a reasonable distance to attractions in Clearwater and Tampa. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was clean, well kept, and the perfect temperature. Once settled in, we quickly realized that we had all the amenities that we could possibly need. Plenty of cooking utensils, pans, coffee maker, Kuerig, and plenty more. The washer and dryer were super convenient. The host was great with communication and made sure everything met our expectations. We would stay here again fi we come back to the area.

Everything was according to what Host had said about the place. Host had quick response to my questions. Beautiful home and very clean. In a nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Bud and Jeanette

This property was everything it said it was in the listing. Very well furnished. We had 4 adults and two children. Some ideas to make it better would be to fix the ice maker, add fans to the bathrooms, there was a landscaping light that blinked on and off all night. Ran out of garbage bags. Curtains in master could have had better coverage for black out purposes. The nightstands could have been bigger with charging phones/ipad/watches more accessible. Other than that it was perfect. Owner very responsive. We would stay here again.

Peter’s home was a perfect home while my family was dealing with personal matters with an aging parent. We looked forward to return to the house every evening. We easily could decompress, enjoy meal preparations in the spacious kitchen, or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine. The home is very spacious and thought out. The beds were comfy and felt very much at home. Peter was incredibly responsive and friendly. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We appreciate it so much!
