You will receive access code to the smartlock 48 hours prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

It was perfect for our family of 7. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom with the large living room central to them all. Big screen smart TVs in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool. Truly, the owners thought of everything, even night lights. We could not have been more comfortable or more satisfied. The location was very convenient for the plans we had. I would gladly choose this property again.

We were displaced after Hurricane Milton and this was a comfy place to call home for a bit while dealing with our home. The location is great.

This house was great and met all of our needs. We literally got there two days after hurricane Milton. We were so worried this wouldn’t even pan out but we were crossing our fingers and eyeballs since my brother just had his first baby girl and we were coming to meet her. The pool was like a pond when we got there but we had power! The rental company, PMI, was great. They refunded us one night for the pool being unusable and were very prompt at answering any of my questions. They were so gracious and responsive, we would definitely rent from them again. Overall, a great experience! I would 1000% recommend PMI and this property!!

The property was beautiful, but unfortunately, we had to cancel due to the approaching hurricane. We hope to stay another time in the future.
