Our open-concept kitchen flows into the living and dining areas. The dining table seats eight. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa (which converts to a queen sleeper) and watch a movie on the 65" Smart TV. The living room features a 65" TV with ample seating for everyone to enjoy, making it a perfect spot for entertainment. While it may look like a hot tub, the smaller section of the pool is actually a kiddie pool and does not have a jet pump or hot tub features. It’s perfect for little ones to safely splash and play!
The pool is heated to a comfortable 80–85°F, ideal for swimming year-round. However, weather conditions, including air temperature, wind, and rainfall, can affect how warm the water feels.

★BUGS & CRITTERS★
Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

The house and pool was perfect for what we needed. Everything was what the host advertised so we were very impressed. Communication with host was good. I would definitely go back again.

This is a great property especially if you have littles. We stayed during the week and it was great. Property was as advertised and there were many great beaches not far at all! Wonderful hosts as well! Will recommend!!

Overall the inside of the house was nice, their were something’s still dirty from last guest, pool had toys in it and the grill was not cleaned, the kids did enjoy the games in the garage. Would have been nicer if jacuzzi would have worked.
