The best way to relax for sure :)) in a safe suburb called Palaio Faliro -it is in the middle between Athens CityCenter and Athens Riviera Faliro!-

Our brand new, fully renovated, modern and convenient 2 bedroom apartment, offers you whatever you may want-need in order to have a pleasant accommodation and vacation in Athens city, with the ability to explore Athens city center and archeological sightseeing and also, Athens riviera, Palaio Faliro and Alimos moorings, south suburbs and beaches.
Also, the house owes a private garden with an open air hot tub/jacuzzi spa and also a dining table with chairs and a swing-couch that you will totally enjoy its uniqueness "sense" and calmness. The house is totally safe, with high security doors and windows, and with the ability of using cameras outside of it in the entrance points and alarm system as well (with extra cost).
There are two big bedrooms, one bathroom with bath tub-shower , one warehouse, one living room, and open fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning machines are in every room (for both cool and/or warm mode), and the Internet-WiFi is fast and unlimited .

Moreover, If you want it, we can offer you breakfast -with 6 euro per person- which includes any coffee you prefer, orange juice, fresh homemade pie and donuts, and will be delivered to the apartment exactly the time you wish to, from a well-known quality coffee shop that located near the apartment.
Our house located less than 10 minutes by car (about 15 with public transportation) to Athens Riviera Faliro beach! It offers privacy, unique moments, luxury, and calmness, in a neighborhood 10 minutes away from city center by car and 20 with tram and less than 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes on foot from Faliro beach as well! The Palaio Faliro neighborhood has everything that you may need (shops, coffee shops, restaurants, banks and public transportation) and also, our house is ideal for friends and/or families. Also, if you have children, I can assure you that your children will adore the private gardena and So are you of course!
