Host was easy to communicate with. Location is awesome. Close enough to things but also not super busy. Very clean. Air conditioner works great.

The location was perfect. The apartment was great with the exception of the noise, which was noted in previous reviews. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep in the front bedroom next to street. Walls are thin and you hear everything!
We did laundry, but the dryer takes forever. They provided a drying rack which was helpful. No kitchen towel was provided so I would bring my own next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. From the initial meeting to get a tour to the location, all the way to check out. When I travel back to Barcelona, I will be staying here again.

Photos appear much nicer than actual place. Busted springs in couch, awful sewage smell in hallways and elevator. Place needs some good TLC, fresh paint, fresh caulking etc. Location is very good and beds were comfortable. Took forever to get the unit to cool down when we arrived and one free standing fan didn’t work. Shower head sprays everywhere. Quality of linens and towels are rough and worn. Lighting is very dark. The only windows that go to the outside are in the living and master. The other windows go to the middle of the unit where it smells and is dirty.
