About this house rental
Welcome to Memorable Moments OKI. Completely renovated in 2024. New expanded deck in 2026.
5-bedroom, 5-bath beachfront house (5 en suites). 6 total beds, sleeps 11. Clean & spacious. 1 deck w/ panoramic views. Outdoor shower. Free parking for 4 vehicles (2 covered and 2 uncovered). Direct beach access, soft Oak Island sand just down the front steps.
High speed internet, Spectrum cable, smart TVs in all bedrooms. Bring your passwords.

**BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom suite with closet. Large window with oceanfront view. King bed. Walk-in tile shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Shower/tub combo.
Bedrooms 3 - 4: Queen bed. Walk-in tile shower.
Bedroom 5: Twin XL over queen bunk bed. Walk-in tile shower.
All bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV's, high speed internet, Spectrum cable and Roku sticks/smart tvs.
**LIVING ROOM:
Living area includes: couch, 3 chairs, dining table for 8, family games and books, 65” flat screen Roku TV, ocean views.
**FRONT DECK:
The ocean-facing deck offers beautiful ocean and pier views with additional seating. You'll find a convenient dining table, great for outdoor meals or playing board games.
**KITCHEN INFO:
Modern kitchen with luxury stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. Additional: 4-slot toaster, Kuerig with single serve and drip coffee, additional 12-cup drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, 10-qt crock pot, waffle maker, Oster blender. Kids’ plates, cups and utensils.
Generously supplied with items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd.
Bar seating for 3, dining table seating for 8, with additional table seating on the ocean-facing deck.
**ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
- Linens provided, including bath and beach towels
- Park style charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal)
- Pack-and-Play (please bring your preferred linens for your little one!)
- Booster seat for kids
- Washer and dryer with sample-sized laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets
- Beach amenities – 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 beach wagon, beach toys
- Foot wash station
- Bathroom toiletries – hand soap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2 rolls of toilet paper
- Welcome/starter kit includes: dish soap, sponge, kitchen towel, roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, sample coffee, tea, creamer, seasonal gift

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications (only if available), and sometimes even late checkout (only if available)! Amazing house! Had everything we needed. Fantastic location to the beach, included all the chairs and umbrellas we needed for seven of us to spend several days on the beach. Loved all of the deck furniture for our coffee time out on the porch. My 21 year old kids, myself and my 75 year old parents all had a marvelous time. They have truly thought of everything!!!!! Five separate bathrooms were so nice to be able to get ready at night and the book of island information was phenomenal too. We were newcomers but I hope that we get back here to stay again! Love love loved it!! Can’t recommend the host and his home enough!

This house was clean and beautifully decorated. It is particularly well suited for families traveling with small children, as many of the baby/toddler items you might need to bring are provided(pack and play crib, booster seats, beach toys, toddler kitchen utensils ). The kitchen was modern, clean and well outfitted. The living room area is slightly tight (really only accommodates 6), but the bedrooms more than make up for it - 5 bedrooms, each with a private modern bathroom and a noise machine to ensure a good night’s sleep! The beach views from the deck are beautiful and provide direct access to your private path down to the beach. Communication with the thoughtful private owner was easy, prompt and courteous. Truly a great place to spend your vacation time!

Oceanfront Perfection. One of the best, if not THE BEST beach rentals I’ve stayed in. Loved everything about this home from the amenities offered to the location. The face that each bedroom had its own private bathroom was such a bonus. I could go on and on about how awesome this house is, but my suggestion would be for you to book it and find out for yourself!! Chris is an amazing host!!

We were here for a work trip, the house was very clean and the beds slept great. We all enjoyed the morning view of the ocean and appreciated how close walking was to the pier and restaurant for late night dining. There were tv's in every room so the house felt like you had some privacy and space from our group. Highly recommend parking was easy as well.Thank you, Darius ClarkHot Tub Taxi
