About this resort
This Tropic Winds 22nd floor unit (#2208) is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with incredible views from a wonderful balcony. The condo is decorated with light, beachy decor. The gulf front master has a comfy king bed and balcony access. The guest room also has a king bed and access to the guest bathroom. The living room area features a full-size futon sleeper sofa. The condo can sleep 5 adults.
Our condo also includes one reserved parking space on the third level of the covered parking garage. Additional vehicles would need to park in the limited open parking.
Tropic Winds is also equipped with a steam room, indoor/outdoor combo pool, outdoor charcoal grills, common area beach chairs, outdoor hot tub, and is located directly on the beach!
** You MUST be 25 years of age to rent this property.** Max occupancy is 5.

We enjoyed our stay on the 22nd floor of Tropic Winds! We had a great view of the ocean from a large balcony that had afternoon sunshine and protected us from the strong winds blowing while we were there. We didn’t cook at all but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The laundry room has a stackable unit and also had storage for a few beach chairs stored there. We had one dedicated parking space right across from the elevator which was nice. One elevator was out during our entire stay but the waits weren’t too long. One day while they were working on the elevators, we also lost electricity several times and lost water service for a few hours. It wasn’t too much of inconvenience for our group not to be able to shower before going out to dinner. We don’t remember seeing all of the amenities listed for this complex in the original listing or maybe we missed some of those. Next to the indoor/outdoor pool there is a steam room and restrooms that are close and accessible to the beach. On the 8th floor there is a sauna and a small exercise room with 3 or 4 pieces of cardio equipment. We used the hot tub a couple of times during our visit and saw others using grills to cook dinner. There isn’t any security to enter the garage or the building but there was a gentleman who asked to see our wristbands so we felt like they were monitoring to make sure no one was there who didn’t need to be. This condo is about half a mile from Thomas Donuts and maybe a mile from a grocery.
