Looking for 4 bedrooms and 4 baths; book both 1901 & 1903 which are both owned by the same person.
$32,000 in new renovations including kitchen, walk-in tile shower, vanity with two sinks in master bath and all new tile throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel kitchen appliances, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave and a side by side refrigerator. Lots of cookware, pots and pans and dishes are included as well. You can decide to eat out or enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area seats four with additional seating at the breakfast counter.
From the living room, you'll quickly notice the balcony access with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room includes comfortable sofa-sleeper, two arm chairs (for relaxation and taking in the views), and a 70” Samsung Smart TV.

PARKING: A reserved ground floor parking space (located under the building and across from the elevator) makes parking a breeze! Store your beach items in your vehicle which is just a short walk to the beach access (no need to carry on the elevator). The first parking pass is free, an additional vehicle pass cost $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Stay was fantastic! Riley reached out the day of arrival to make sure parking accommodations and armbands were all readily available; left his personal contact in case any issues or concerns should arise! Never any problems only a quick question and was on top of getting back with me and helping facilitate my needs with ease! We will definitely be using Greta’s again for planning our vacations!!

Beautiful view!!!!!! The condo was very nice!! Everything we needed was there and in good shape. It was wonderful to have reserved parking and chairs with an umbrella on the beach. The check in was difficult at first because of a new procedure but when Greta’s answered my call it was quickly straightened out.

Very nice condo. Well appointed. Only issue was the sliding door handles. The main one was missing and the master bedroom broke.

Great clean spacious rooms with great view of the beach and ocean. Parking was a little tight but manageable. Enjoyed the stay.
