New home with a spacious fenced in back yard and fire pit. Come enjoy a perfect place to get together. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. This home is located only a few miles from downtown Joplin where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and other fun activities. The home was very clean and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee included. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Upfront the listing should tell you that he requires a very large deposit or Mandatory insurance which significantly raises the cost of this house. This house is nice but in need of some upkeep. Baseboards, Paint and broken glass. Not horrible but on a house that requires insurance or large deposit it was in need of repair. The other thing to note is this house has no
blinds and you can see in every window thru the thin curtains they have up. We hung blankets but did not like that at all. The Gross couch is covered by a sheet.
What really got to us was when we went to check out this morning and took the pillowcases off all the pillows had dark brown and red stains. Checkout procedures say to remove sheets only. Which leads me to believe they do not wash comforters between rentals. Definitely in the bottom 2 of places we have ever stayed.
