About this villa rental
Undoubtedly one of the highlights of this charming country house is the swimming pool area and the wonderful views from the garden, where one can bathe and sunbathe. There is also a nice brick barbecue and a pleasant outdoor area to enjoy tasty and relaxing meals in summer. The property also has an outdoor shower room, and entertainments such as a ping-pong table.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views of the surroundings and plenty of light.
The interior of the property is light and airy, and it is decorated with the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional. The living room has comfortable sofas, television and an ornamental fire place. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, and also has a dining table and chairs for a hearty breakfast. From the kitchen, patio doors open onto the rear terrace.
This comfortable 3 bedroom villa is within walking distance of the old town of Pollença, with a great selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach lovers won't have to go too far, as the sandy bay from Puerto Pollença is only a short drive away by car or bicycle, as well as a number of other great beaches. Shops, markets, golf courses, a water park, plus various attractions and sightseeing opportunities are also within easy reach.

Lovely homely Mallorcan villa with fabulous amenities and pool area and the location is just perfect. Short walk down the lane and across the Roman Bridge and you are in old town Pollensa. Supermarket 5 minute drive or walkable, as well as other local shops just in the town across the brigde including the BIP store a small supermarket and bakery across the road. Lovely and clean, everything you could wish for. We have booked to go again this year. Original stay April 2023.
Slightly larger kettle would be good but I understand there may be restrictions on voltage maybe - everything else is perfect.

Great location for traditional villa, decor and upkeep like electrics a bit tired but this seems the norm if contemporary is not specified. Also the maintenace guy seemed to be there a lot and others using the carpark, no idea who they were, didn't introduce themselves to us.

Pool and all outside areas were lovely.
Bathrooms could do with updating and beds could be better but overall a very good value villa.
