A lovely traditional country villa fully restored situated at a mere 10 minute walk (900 meters) to the village of Pollensa, ideal for small families not wanting to be confined to the use of a car. It is furnished in a traditional style with quality hand crafted furniture. The swimming pool, with a new wooden deck fenced off for child safety, is situated on the side of the villa surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area as well as a children’s playground. In the back of the villa is a large porch with a BBQ for outside dining with total privacy.
Bedrooms: 1 double; 2 twins; annex 1 double
Bathrooms: 1 full with shower and bath, 1 shower; annex 1 shower
Layout: Front porch into sitting/dining room with fireplace, living room with bar, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room; from the other side of the dining room is a full bathroom with bath and shower, 2 twin bedrooms; kitchen (electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave); Loft with sitting area and fireplace above living room. Covered terrace with large wood dining table in the rear side of the villa; annex with double bedroom and shower room, just off the covered terrace behind the pool area. Covered BBQ area with an old oven to other side of the covered terrace, laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
Amenities: TV/ satellite (Basic English channels), DVD, CD player, fireplace, washing machine. A/C in the 3 bedrooms in the house and annex.

Ca'n Noble den Vallori was clean, spaceous and very well equiped. The location is excellent being an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Pollenca. The starter pack of food on our arrival was really appreciated. Arrival instructions from Patricia were very clear.We were very happy with all the facilities and arrangements with the villa.

We had a great week in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed and more. Very well equipped kitchen. Our 3 year old had a great time with the pool, trampoline and sandbox. Easy and comfortable for my older parents. Short drive to the beach. The host replied fast on our questions. We will come back!

Property was spotlessly clean in an excellent location. The property is very well equipped. There are aircon units in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the communal area's.

The property is a beautifully designed traditional home on the outskirts of Old Town Pollenca. It’s conveniently situated on a quiet road which is a 20 minute stroll from the centre of the Old Town and close to the main road to Puerto Pollenca ( a 10 minute drive) and 2 large supermarkets ( 5 minute drive). One of the main reasons for selecting this accomadation over others similar in the area was the child safety
