About this house rental
Laborie, beautiful house from 1909 in the middle of the forests in an estate of 15 hectares, has 5 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a bedroom for two children with en-suite bathrooms, large kitchen, living room and dining room.
There are beautiful terraces upstairs and on the first floor to enjoy an aperitif, a heated swimming pool, small children's bath and outdoor jacuzzi, beautiful gardens and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. (Seasonal pool from the end of April to October 15th)
We are located 10 km from Montignac Lascaux and not far from Sarlat, Périgueux and Brive.
In our region you will find, rivers (Vézère and Dordogne), forests, medieval villages and many castles. The gastronomy of the Perigord is well known and there are many restaurants to taste.
There are two airports nearby, Brive la Gaillarde and Bergerac.
The perfect place to enjoy your holidays, in spring, summer, autumn and winter!!

We had a wonderful week - it’s pure luxury, incredibly relaxing and a great location for exploring the region.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped, very clean and stylish. With the hot tub not on, we were able to make arrangements to use the tub in the spa. We appreciate it. It might be good to have a few toys for young children in the house, because when you fly from another country space is limited for toys. The camping cot provided, was ok. The bedding for the cot was not appropriate- it was a disappointment as we have arranged in advance for it. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

The pictures don't do justice to this lovely holiday home. Well equipped, beautifully designed and supremely comfortable, this is a great place to stay. The hosts are charming and helpful and the eating areas, shaded by a large pergola, on the terrace or in the dining room are the stuff of lasting holiday memories.
The pool has a magical filtration system that means it never seemed to need cleaning of leaves or debris and the peace and quiet on the hillside was fabulous. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week here. Our two teenagers loved having space to themselves. The furnishing is very tasteful, the bathrooms incredible. And having a spa right next door was really the icing on the cake. Sanne was incredibly helpful, booking us canoeing and horse riding. She even organised breakfast deliveries from the bakery. Have booked to come next year!
