The Haus features sloped ceilings with reclaimed timber, handmade tile, and ample natural light. It is surrounded by an expansive patio to relax and enjoy your favorite Hill Country wines. The open living room boasts expansive seating and a TV with a console full of board games to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Casa Alegre is magical for those who enjoy being close to all Main St. has to offer yet desire a space where memories will be created and cherished for years to come!

- Master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with a queen bed
- Full ensuite master bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub + his/her sinks, 2nd full bathroom located in the hall with a tub/shower combo + his/her sinks
- Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances + an ice maker, wine fridge, regular coffee maker, French press, kettle, toaster and more!
- 4 Smart TV's; one in the living room and one in each bedroom
- Washer/dryer available
- Gas BBQ grill available + outdoor seating!
- Wood burning fire pit available (please BYO firewood)

- This property is not pet-friendly.
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

The house is STUNNING. Wonderfully decorated, impeccably clean, and very functional. Our kids loved dancing to music on the record player. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Showers, baths, and the kitchen were well-appointed and easy to use. The outdoor sitting area was very comfortable and beautiful. It was raining our entire stay, so we didn't use the hot tub.

This home was the perfect location to walk to town! The home was so clean and decorated very well. You can tell the owners really care and put a lot of effort into the renovation. Would happily stay here again and I am VERY picky! Book it!

We had a great visit and loved this house. The open floorplan is perfect for a family gathering. The furnishings are super nice, the home was perfectly cleaned and we LOVED the firepit for the cooler evenings. The owner decorated beautifully for the holidays and the home's location is perfect for walking to downtown. We will definitely be back.
