📝 THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• Like most beach homes in the area, there is no AC. Home has patio doors for a cool sea breeze and ceiling fans throughout.
• There is no elevator. It is 14 steps to the front door. The rooftop deck requires an additional 15 steps.
• Hot tub on lower patio is not for this unit—it is exclusive to 734 San Luis Rey tenants.
• This home occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a duplex. Please be mindful of downstairs neighbors.

We had an excellent stay! The location is so convenient and close to the ocean and the Strand. The accommodations were great and it was so nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. I definitely recommend staying here and hope to get back here again sometime!
