The heart of constable country offers genuine landscapes and vistas that will inspire you at every angle. Walk for miles, visit local market towns and enjoying home-made meals in award winning local eateries, you surely won’t be stuck for things to do.
Enjoy the historic villages of Woodbridge, Lavenham, Clare and Cavendish, where the streets are lined with timber-framed buildings and there are eating and drinking opportunities galore. For historical and cultural sites there are the National Trust archaeological sites, the Museum of East Anglian Life at Stowmarket, Orford Castle, Framlingham Castle, Leiston Abbey and Sutton Hoo. A popular choice with cyclist and walkers; having so many trails and quiet routes to explore. Circular walking available from doorstep. Golfers are spoilt for choice with a range of wonderful golf courses nearby.
