Garden with sitting-out area. ¾ acre landscaped garden with flowers/shrubs and lawn with seating areas. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the grounds.. Relax in the ambience of the cottage and gardens or explore the delights of Suffolk - whatever you do, this fantastic area will not disappoint. Nestled beside the owner’s home, this cottage offers superior comfort within an open plan contemporary styled living space. The gardens (shared with owner) are landscaped and rich with flowers and shrubs. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the large gardens with its large pond, water feature, and seating areas.
Suffolk offers a great variety of attractions for all audiences. With its miles of coast and beautiful beaches, the popular resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold are within easy driving distance. The heart of constable country offers genuine landscapes and vistas that will inspire you at every angle. Walk for miles, visit local market towns and enjoying home-made meals in award winning local eateries, you surely won’t be stuck for things to do.
Enjoy the historic villages of Woodbridge, Lavenham, Clare and Cavendish, where the streets are lined with timber-framed buildings and there are eating and drinking opportunities galore. For historical and cultural sites there are the National Trust archaeological sites, the Museum of East Anglian Life at Stowmarket, Orford Castle, Framlingham Castle, Leiston Abbey and Sutton Hoo. A popular choice with cyclist and walkers; having so many trails and quiet routes to explore. Circular walking available from doorstep. The cottage was extremely clean and there were so many amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was a giant closet for a longer stay, and a mini fridge for any food you need. There was a cute tea and hot chocolate bar that we took full advantage of. It also uses infared heating, which is so modern! This cottage is attached to the owners' house, but they managed to keep our space private and quiet. The owners were so polite and sweet, and it was lovely talking to them. Lastly, the garden was just beautiful. It would have been more so if we went in the summer (we came in december, haha), but it was still such a beautiful and perfect experience for the two of us. Thank you Mrs. Linda and Mr. Alan!

Our stay at garden cottage was excellent & suprise to see a generous welcome pack. Our host Allan & Linda were great hosts & always on hand if needed. Use of the loverly garden was a added bonus. Very comfortable bed & great walk in shower that made Our stay a relaxing holiday in peaceful location.would highly recommend.
