About this apartment rental
Spring break (March 23rd-March 30th, 2025) slope-side, ski-in, ski-out, (Peak 8 is right outside your window, steps to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chairs) at Grand Colorado on Peak 8 in a luxury 2,600 sf four bedroom condo.
The main 1,400 sf area includes a large gourmet kitchen with huge island, stove, full sized fridge, dishwasher, cooking pans and utensils, plates, silverware and serving dishes. Next to the kitchen is large dining room and living room with incredible views of the mountain, and huge deck. In the common area is a full sized laundry room and additional full bathroom. The master suite also has mountain views and has an ensuite master bath with separate shower and soaking tub.
Adjacent to main condo area are three 400 square foot suites that sleep 4 people maximum featuring a king bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Flat-screen LCD TVs in the living area and bedroom. Jack-and-jill bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The kitchenette includes stainless steel dishwasher, under-the-counter fridge, microwave, stove top, coffee maker with coffee, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.
Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools and multiple hot tubs, children’s pools with play features, and a water slide, all with unparalleled views of Peak 8. The resort offers conveniently located BBQ grills in the outdoor aquatics area for guests to enjoy. Please note that children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the pools and hot tubs. The Family Fun Center offers video games and private movie theaters that are available by reservation for guests. The cardio and weight-centric fitness center at the Grand Colorado has unparalleled views for the health-conscious to enjoy during their workout. All weight training equipment is from Technogym, known for building commercial-grade apparatus often used in Olympic training facilities. There is also an area for stretching and yoga. There are individual televisions and iPod docking stations built into each piece of cardio equipment. The Kinesis cable crossover machines by Technogym are being touted as the “next step” in this type of exercise equipment. There is also a spa, ice skating rink, business center, small market, and escape room on site along with a roof top bar, lobby bar, cafe, and restaurant.

The property and location were perfect and the owner amazing. We desired a family trip so that our children could take ski lessons and enjoy a spring break vacation. This condo had everything we needed and more. It is spacious and beautiful. There was plenty of room for my family of six plus my in-laws. Every detail was considered and the owner was gracious, responsive and kind. I’m not sure there is any other place I’d want to stay. Thanks for a wonderful time.
