Twin size day bed in main bedroom converts to a King with additional Pop-Up unit or roll out and use as additional Twin-size bed. All mattresses are brand new memory foam. One Full size air mattress is also provided.

Late check- out fee $50.00 (from 11am -1pm. upon availability. An additional $50.00 per hour after that, if you overstay after 4pm We will assume you are staying another night, and you will be charged accordingly) We ask that you request ahead of time.

You are allowed a maximum of (2) pets on the property.
Outdoor security camera at front doors for your safety and property protection. No indoor security cameras.

This house was awesome! Everything was clean and well kept up. Loved the location since we were only 8 minutes away from our son's wedding venue (The Springs). I would highly recommend this house to everyone!

Great time. Everything was exceptional! House was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Will stay again in the near future. Host was very attentive at all times if we needed anything.

We were so impressed with this home. Lots of sleeping options, very open and clean. This would be a great place for a longer stay and/or reunion.
