The Kroger Lofts are a collection of apartments that opened in July of 2024 that feature a common area rooftop deck with plunge pool that's heated all year round ! We welcome you to make memories in this unique space in the heart of downtown Charlevoix! This special place is close to everything, from dinning and shopping to spending the day at Michigan Beach or renting a boat from Ward Brother Marina! Our family stayed here for a quick weekend get away to Charlevoix and will definitely be back! The loft has everything you could possibly need (and more) and was the perfect location for anything we wanted to do. It's right in the middle of downtown and we were able to easily walk to shops/restaurants and had a great view! Our kids loved it as much as we did and we can't wait to come back for a summer trip to stay here so we have the comfort and convenience of this beautiful loft! Also - the unit was SPOTLESS. Nothing showed wear/tear like other rentals we've stayed in.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Since having a recent total hip replacement, it was SO wonderful to be located right in the heart of Bridge Street. The views were amazing and the place was so lovely!! The landlord made sure that we enjoyed a beautiful stay. THANK YOU stay

This place is great for one or two couples. The decor is tasteful, the balcony overlooking the main street in Charlevoix in addition to seeing the water and boats was fantastic. It has an excellent location in the heart of the city. Would definitely come back.
