About this house rental

Welcome to The Ainslie House in Charlevoix! Originally built between 1916 and 1917 this house has been completely renovated. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few blocks away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. An oversized back deck for relaxing/dining and even a large one out front as well. Plenty of parking available in the driveway or out front in the city parking spaces. All of downtown is within walking distance.

Our short term rental license allows us 4 one week rentals a year and the dates for these rentals in 2025 are from a Sunday to a Sunday end of June through July.  All other rentals must be for a minimum of 29 days.  



Rentals for 29 days or more please submit inquiries for pricing.



There is a $1,000 refundable damage deposit that will be collected 1 day prior to arrival and refunded 5 days after departure.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time enjoying Beautiful Charlevoix in The Ainslie House while celebrating or 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Location is perfect for us to access area attractions, including the downtown marina areas, and local beaches. The house is beautifully updated with modern kitchen, bathrooms and amenities. It is a very comfortable air conditioned home with room for everyone. You can’t go wrong with this rental if you’re looking for accommodations for ten.
