About this house rental

Nice mother in law apartment. Has private entrance, off street parking for 1 vehicle. Across from park with plenty of space for running or walking. Shopping and freeway access are conveniently close. We do ask to keep in mind that this is the basement of our home. It is an older house built in 1964. It does tend to moan and groan at times. We are happy to share the space in our home to travelers and try our best to be accommodating and quiet. As do I want to strongly emphasize that we do LIVE in our home.

Accommodations were great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay! Other reviews are accurate, place is a little chilly, stairs are steep, and you can hear people occasionally walking upstairs (completely tolerable and that's all you could hear). We would definitely stay there again!

Kitchen was fully equipped with everything including extras we didn't expect.Laundry facilities were adequate for our needs.Beds and pillows were very comfortable.Internet was very fast.

Over all had a nice place to stay. All of us had a hard time sleeping due to the constant noise at all hours of the night.
