We had a whole house to ourselves with all the facilities which was fantastic. The owner lives next door so we didn't have to share any facilities with them so that is great.
We were not given the door code before our arrival and the shower tap had to be turned in a special way for you to get hot water. It would be great if we were given this information before our arrival.

The property was in a great location, beautifully decorated, plenty of room for our extended family- with great communal gathering areas as well as private sleeping accommodations.
It took us a little time to figure out the “technology” - we needed to login to the TV and use our own streaming services and download apps to use the Bluetooth speaker etc. Once that was figured out we were good to go. - maybe a check-in sheet to explain this could have saved us some time.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, Kitchen and a tv on the living room. Good price.
One of the rooms is next to a neighbor that has a rooster.
My dad barely slept and he needed to drive the next day in the morning.
We also hoped there was a room with a King-size bed.
Had to ask for the wifi password, host was too dry and indifferent when communicating.

Nothing.
You are not allowed to park your vehicle in the yard. You need to park in the street. There was also not a washing machine as confirmed in the ad.
