Beautiful Spot on Smith Lake. We know have WiFi.

great stay at this house. Owner was super responsive with any questions we had and checked in frequently. House was clean, with newer fixtures and a great location in center of lake with deep water. Dock was great for swimming, had water toys, good dock to tie up my boat for our weekend, and the house itself had an awesome projector TV downstairs to watch the games while we were inside, ping pong table, arcade game. Good wifi as well. Overall one of the better rentals we have visited on Smith Lake and will DEFINITELY be back here.

The property was better than it was described or even in the picturesBeautiful sunrise excellent view of the lake.Great boat, Doc for your boatWonderful place to make memories with family!!!Boat launch is very close to the house and gas on the water. We have stayed at Smith Lake for several years now and this is by far one of our favorite places.

Beautiful home with an amazing view! Everything in the home was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. I had coffee on the deck every morning and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. The dock had plenty of seating and there was a lily pad that we all enjoyed floating on. There is a place to rent boats about 5 minutes away which was extremely convenient. My family loved the basement area where they played ping pong, video games and watched shows on the projector screen. Todd was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We had an excellent experience and are already trying to plan when we can rent again.

This property was perfect for a family weekend with plenty of beds and a game room. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the out door seating areas and we used the grill and black stone. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. The place was decorated with charming antiques, the furniture was comfortable and the host was extremely accommodating.
