This place was very cute and cozy. Check In time is 4pm which is okay but the cleanliness wasn't very thorough. Especially with a late check in time I thought it would be very clean. Underneath the rugs there were heaps of dust, the sofas weren't cleaned we found crumbs and old cheetos in the cushions. The deck wasn't sweeped or even wiped down I had to scrub the patio furniture to be able to use it and eat breakfast there. The sheets, bathroom and towels were clean however. The view was very pretty and I enjoyed how quiet and private it was. There are no shades on the kitchen windows which did make us a bit uncomfortable since the entire cabin can be seen from the outside if the lights are on at night. The TV remote did not work but we ended up downloading the firestick app so it was okay. Basement entry is through the outside of the house so we didn't use the washer and dryer and other amenities unfortunately.
Customer service response rate was good but them coming up with solution wasn't the best. I kept getting connected with multiple agents all for them to tell me a solution that could've been mentioned 40 min ago. Nonetheless, I think it was nice. If this cabin gets a little bit more love and attention it would be a very good spot. I would book again considering everything though. It was a nice and relaxing weekend.

While the amenities of the place were super convenient, the bugs were not. Some type of cockroaches were found in the bathroom and kitchen. Still hoping we didn’t bring them into our own home. They were in my vehicle still even though it’s been a wee today.
