About this house rental
This house is suitable for one family with children or simply for 6 persons. It is perfect with 3 bedrooms and attractive sitting room. Everything from World Wide Web is available by a computer with ADSL internet access and 17' LCD screen. Especially the private magnificent big swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) with terrace offers absolutely enjoyment and relaxation. Inside the house you find an equipped kitchen, 2 toilet, bathroom with bath tub and sunny-side terrace outside. Place for parking outside is available. Not only in Summer, in spring, autumn and winter as well, you will be satisfied. We do not hide any costs out of the showed price, you see total price for your stay. Only pets are not allowed, because the interior and garden are valuable.
Rarity: The hill Kozakov is world known place as habitat of precious stones, which are polished in workshops in Turnov. Kozakov offers ideal conditions for paragliding.
Tourism: In the Bohemian Paradise are a lot of marked trails for walking or biking, many castles, rocky cities an forests. It is the perfect place for tourist activity. Shopping possibilities: 2,5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km.

We had a fantastic holiday this summer at Pavel’s house who is a wonderful host and who is always happy to help and is quick to respond. The house is located in a very picturesque and private spot - a perfect place if you want to have a relaxing time. The pool is a massive bonus, especially for children and we all looked forward to having a dip in the pool after a day out. There is plenty to do in the area and nothing is too far away, I would be very happy to return in the future as there is so much more to see.Thank you for having us.

Very nice property, located in the middle of The Czech Paradise. The house has good planning inside, with bedrooms separated from the common areas and each other, plenty of common areas. The patio at the pool is fantastic for relaxing during the day. The pool is superb! Easy access to the roads and surrounding sights. Most importantly, Pavel is one of the best host we have ever encountered: welcoming, accommodating and super responsive. This place is great for relaxing at any time of the day, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
I only wish the Internet had been a tad more reliable. Make sure not to bring time-sensitive tasks with you that require access to the Internet, but then again - why work there in the first place?! Pavel said that the connection will improve soon.

if you have any reservations about staying in the czech rep then fear not
we have had the most fantastic holiday ever. the locals are so freindly and the area is spectacular
our host, pavel, was lovely very helpful and unobtrusive his mother makes the best cakes
the house was big and very clean ...all you could want
the pool was great we had good weather so we spent most afternoon s by the pool
all tourist attractions are close so we spent the morning out and the afternoons by pool
altogether a great holiday and a great place to stay
definitely one of our best hols ever

A nice property situated in the country near the town of Turnov. Great location for walking and exploring the rock cities. Very friendly and helpful owner, who provided a map with visiting suggestions especially for us, as all the other tourist information was not in English. The internet was essential for us and it worked as promised. The house was very nice, very clean and with all the things needed for self-catering. There is no microwave which may bother some people but it certainly didn't bother us. . Nice to have a garage for the car, especially as it had direct access to the house. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to use the pool but it was nice to sit out on the patio when the sun shone. Overall I would recommed the house and we certainly hope to be back one day soon.
