About this apartment rental
Unit 1036 has a large living room with both a breakfast nook and large dining room set. Unit has an open kitchen with tile through out with off white walls. It also large wrap around windows with a nice view of the Gulf from the second bedroom. Unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated to match the furniture and kitchen aesthetic. The living room has two new sofa and chair by. The couches are not sleeper sofas but they are comfortable enough to invite a single sleeper.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience located in the guest bathroom closet. Unit 1036 also offers an extended living room without a balcony. Finally, the unit include 4 smart TV's.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group of four adults and one child. The space was incredibly generous—everyone had their own bed, and not small ones either. With four queen beds and a king, everyone slept comfortably with room to spare.The community itself was so peaceful and relaxing. We split our time between the amazing heated pool and the beach, which is just steps away. The property felt very secure, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and plenty of entertainment options.The hosts, Andrei and Corina, were wonderfully responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. From bottled water to beach towels, a boogie board, and even a washer and dryer, they truly thought of everything.We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again.

What a clean and lovely stay. Did a girls trip and it was an easy accommodations. I text when I left but we didn’t get a reply so I hope they know when we left!

We were surprised to see all the construction work going on when we pulled in the property. The property we stayed at had just a little window in the kitchen that opened to be able to get fresh air in, but we should of checked that out better. When we tried to use the beach chairs and umbrella as stated was available to us, we were told we didnt have access to that. We did contact landlord and he cleared it up but we missed the nice day at that time. Overall nice property and landlord apologized for any inconvenience we experienced.
