Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24-hour security and 470 feet of private gulf front sugary beaches along the Emerald Coast. Shoreline Towers includes a seasonally heated pool, two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, a sauna, and fitness center. Next to the Clubhouse there is a picnic area overlooking the lake with grills that are both gas and charcoal.

Shoreline Towers is a two bedroom/two bath condo just footsteps from the sugar white beaches and emerald waters in Destin, Florida. With a high-end, oversized king size bed in the master, 2 queen BEDS in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this beautiful condo sleeps 6 comfortably!
With beautiful ocean views and the Emerald green Gulf just steps away. this ocean view condo has a newly remodeled kitchen and completely new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig for the coffee lovers. The kitchen is well supplied to enjoy your favorite meals.
The family room has A large flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. You have OCEAN VIEWS anywhere in the condo
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large flat screen TV. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and a shower/tub combo.
The unit has a stackable washer and dryer and free WIFI for your convenience.

We are centrally located within walking distance of several shops, grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. The Destin Harbor Walk and Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park are super close by. Multiple 5-star restaurants in walking distance and all the shopping you want within minutes! Come visit Unit 1054 at Shoreline Towers and start making wonderful family memories.
The property has 3 separate condo towers, Unit has completely new patio recently refinished, new patio furniture, new floors and newly refinished painting. Beach access is very easy to reach.
Area Attractions:
We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Nice warm atmosphere. Safe neighborhood and condo was luxurious. Made so many memories there. Loved the view of the beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Destin. Loved it! Hoping to return soon!

The lift on the pool did not work and therefore it was very difficult to get my father in the pool. I was told by the owner this is an HOA issue and the owner was understanding of our concerns. The lamps flickered in the double bed room and the living room . It is more than likely an electrical issue. The owner was open to that concern as well.New wifi was put in the week prior and the owner got us hooked up on that. The condo was clean and spacious for our family. The patio view is AMAZINGLY, beautiful. The check in process was very simple and straight forward. If you are staying more than 3 days I recommend to bring extra paper towel, toilet paper, and personal towels. Our condo had 4 big towels in each bath room with face towel, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The washer and dryer was great we all left with suitcases of clean clothes.Appliances are great, beach access is super easy.. just walk down and you are right at the boardwalk. The location is cool you are near many restaurants and gift shops. My family and went parasailing , which was amazing and 9 mins away.The owner is personable and called when I had question, It was nice being able to talk to someone, pretty much right away. Thank you for your professionalism.Will book again.

The view of the ocean was perfect. The condo needs updating (bathrooms, furniture). One of the mirrors in the master bathroom was missing. There appeared to be mold in the master shower. Some of the furniture was stained. The bed was comfy.
