About this house rental
Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers you this charming 90 m² air-conditioned house with sea view for rent in Port-Vendres, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 60 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas...
- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A small extra shower room
- A separate WC
On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (150×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- A shower room with shower and double basin
- A separate WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A lovely 60 m² enclosed garden
- A 17 m² garden-side terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 12 m² balcony with furniture
The house is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, cafés and bars.
Activities:

- Boat trips
- Cycling
- Hiking on the coast or inland
- Fishing
- Visits to local heritage (castles, hermitages, museums, vineyards...)
- The pretty town of Collioure is a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage. (suitable for city cars, not suitable for SUVs)
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Port-Vendres train station, about 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, approx. 44 min by car
