About this apartment rental

Boston Marathon Prime location, 1-level condo in a two-unit building with its own entrance. The kitchen is new with a bar area and all the appliances. 1st bedroom with Queen size bed is located off the living room. 2nd bedroom, with one Queen size bed, is off the kitchen.

It is within walking distance to the Wakefield commuter rail with trains running into downtown Boston. Also, adjacent to a walkable park around a stunning lake, and a small downtown with stores and restaurants.

We had a great time staying here and exploring not only Boston, but Wakefield too! It was a quick drive to Salem as an added bonus. The house is a perfect homebase with everything you could want. Nearby shops, grocers, and restaurants made even the necessities fun!

This property was perfect! Communication with the owner was easy. Very comfortable, cozy, great neighborhood with wonderful walking distance restaurants and shopping.

The location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer. This is an older home that has been upgraded, but could still use a few more updates.
