The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Omišalj. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
