Het uitzicht wordt belemmerd door hoge bomen waardoor slechts een streepje blauw van de zee is te zien. Het uitzicht naar de overkant, voor zover mogelijk, is niet fraai we keken op een chemische industrie. Het sanitair is goed gerenoveerd en in keurige staat. De keuken is klein ook voor 4 personen waardoor we bijna niet met 4 personen gelijktijdig aan tafel kunnen zitten. De uitrusting van de keuken is goed. De bedden zijn slecht, slappe matrassen, het onderlaken is te krap waardoor je direct op de matrassen ligt. Er is een kleine winkel in de directe omgeving op loopafstand. Parkeerplaatsen zijn aan de openbare smalle weg en niet op de oprit van de woning als gevolg van de aanwezigheid van bomen. De woning is rustig gelegen. Een wandeling naar het centrum van Omisalj langs de kust is aan te raden, helder blauw water en mooi uitzicht. Wifi is aanwezig maar zwak waardoor we twee dagen geen wifi hadden. Het eiland KRK kent mooie plaatsen maar het eiland zelf vinden wij niet fraai. Plaatsen als Vrbnik zijn erg leuk met schitterend uitzicht op de overkant. Zowel bij KRK als bij Baska zijn mooie wandelingen te maken en ook de plaatsen zijn leuk. Opatija is een luxe badplaats met mooie boulevard. Rijeka een industriestad.
