Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This is a great 2B 2B house. Its in a very quiet neighborhood a little further down from the madness of main street. My sister and I got stuck here 2 extra days due to weather.
Pros: Great kitchen appliances and fully stocked to cook most anything, bathroom up to date with great water pressure and heaters! It was really cold when we were there. Awesome front porch with rocking chairs and fire pit in the back. Sectional in the living room is very comfy and big. Staff was very responsive and accommodating since we had to add on 2 days for inclement weather.
Cons: Not many nor are they deal breakers. Front door has 2 side windows with no coverings. At night you can see in and if someone knocked they can see you walking up. Feel safer to have privacy. Same with back kitchen door- window not covered. Just know there aren't any closets. Theres a ladder to hang clothes on. Worked OK but it made for a lot going on in the small bedroom.
Overall house was a 10 and we would stay again.

We loved our stay at this adorable Fredericksburg cottage. It’s just a couple blocks off Main Street, so getting to shops and restaurants was easy, but the house still felt quiet and peaceful at night. The cottage was very clean and clearly well cared for, with a cozy, charming style (the front porch with the rocking chairs and red door is as cute as it looks in the photos). Beds and bathrooms were a great size, and the showers were a standout with plenty of hot water, great water pressure, and lots of space. Overall, it was comfortable, relaxing, and in a perfect location. We would happily stay here again.

The Guesthaus was amazing. It is beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We will definitely book again.

The Creek St house was fantastic. Updated bathrooms and kitchen very cozy for 2-4 people. We loved it.
