About this apartment rental

Looking to visit Anna Maria Island and the Bradenton area without breaking the bank, that this 2-bedroom condo in Bradenton is perfect for your escape. It is newly remodeled and located in the gated community of Bay Pointe at Cortez, 4850 51st Street West, Bradenton. The community has a heated pool that is located just steps from my unit. The gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria are just six miles away and IMG Academy is about one mile away. Bradenton is also located in between Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, giving you lots to explore.

There is plenty of parking including one assigned spot right out the front door. The condo is well stocked with all the basics they should need and rent includes all utilities, even cable.

The place was very very clean!!! The unit was updated and cozy. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils needed. Beds were clean and really comfortable! Host was so nice and got back to us very quickly! Condo close to many restaurants and the beach. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
