About this apartment rental
Very nice two-bedroom apartment (110 m2) by the lake, view of the water and the fountain. Perfect for sharing precious moments. Relax in the fabric sofas in the living room, dine in the dining room that can accommodate up to six people or relax in the veranda while looking at the lake. Our condo placed on a corner, is very bright thanks to its many windows. It is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area in the kitchen as well as a living and dining room. It is ideally located in the city center. Our condo, on the first floor, fully furnished. The living room as well as the two bedrooms are equipped with television. Two set-top boxes are connected to Spectrum, the second bedroom has a Google Chrome Chromecast. Internet access, wireless wi-fi is available throughout the condo. In the surrounding area, within a short operating distance, you will find supermarkets, Aldi and public, a CVS pharmacy, restaurants, banks, a bowling alley, cinema, as well as hairdressing salons. A three-minute drive away, you will be in front of the IMG academy.
Our veranda, facing the pond and the fountain, will be the ideal location for your morning coffee. You will also enjoy in the residence two heated swimming pools, two jacuzzis, two tennis or pickleball courts. A petanque court is also available for free access.
The floors of the condo are tiled, except in the two bedrooms where the installation of parquet flooring has been carried out. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The master suite has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has many essential utensils to prepare good meals. In addition, for your comfort, you have two beach towels and an umbrella that you can use and enjoy during your stay. You will also have a parking space in front of your condo. At the clubhouse, you can have free wi-fi. Two barbecues are installed and are also self-service after booking. In the condo you will find a washing machine and dryer

Good communication with host.Mattress in master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. TV in kids room was difficult to use with no instructions.Condo was clean and centrally located for our visit with family who live in Bradenton.

Pros-Location for my needs. Easy check in, nice pool, quiet, responsive and accomodating host. Cons- Kitchen had bugs. Sent lady to spray but she spoke no english and looked in pantry and left without spraying. Bedroom and liv rm blinds were broken so no privacy and light coming in. Couldnt fix so had to move. Next condo wasn't ready. Wasn't the hosts fault though. Stayed a 2nd night and moved third day. Older condos, but I'm from Bradenton so I knew what to expect from older condos. Host was 6 hours ahead in France but still responded when I texted.
