Welcome to Déborah, a pleasant and highly functional ground-floor studio located 5 minutes' walk from the hyper-centre, close to Rouen station and with a private parking space opposite the accommodation.
The flat comprises a kitchen area opening onto the living room with its double bed, a storage area and a shower room with WC.
The living room has a comfortable bed, television, WIFI with fibre and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a mini-fridge with freezer, microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils for preparing delicious meals.
The shower room has a shower, washbasin and WC.
The studio is bright with high ceilings. With direct access to the courtyard, you won't have the nuisance of a stairwell. The residence is set back from the road and the flat is at the back of a quiet courtyard. The residence is secure and accessible only by badge.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood
Jouvenet is a charming neighbourhood with the feel of a village in the city, with its beautiful homes and steep streets. Jouvenet is appreciated for its peaceful surroundings, often favoured by families and people looking for a pleasant place to live.
Close to the train station, in a peaceful setting, you'll find all the amenities you need. Named after the painter Jean Jouvenet, this district is known for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, while still being close to the city centre. As a district of Rouen, Jouvenet is steeped in the city's cultural and historical heritage. Its proximity to the city centre means that residents can enjoy Rouen's many monuments and museums, including the cathedral, the Musée des Beaux-Arts and the Place du Vieux-Marché.
The Jouvenet district is located on the right bank of the Seine, close to districts such as Beauvoisine and Coteaux Ouest. It is well served by public transport, providing easy access to the centre of Rouen and surrounding areas.
## Transit
Close to the SNCF train station, you can reach the property in just a few minutes on foot (approx. 10) and only 1 metro/bus station away. A private parking space in the enclosed courtyard means you can drive in peace and quiet. You can walk to the historic centre in around 7-8 minutes. The bus and metro are located at the foot of the residence and take you to the four corners of the city (Free on Saturdays).
## Notes
Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor, making arrival easier for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am. Please check that your mobile phone can download the Nuki Smartlock application for the connected lock.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests are provided with household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
